080326 I need new repayment terms. I had been leaving messages but no one returned my calls. I used a different phone number when I called this morning. I got through! I was transferred to Grace, a loan officer who shared a higher late payment fee than what my past due notice said, within 4 days of my notice. Grace will email my July statement so I can see the difference. Grace also gave me a deferred payment plan because I can't pay again until October. Never felt such disrespect or horrible treatment before! Never realized banks don’t let inside potential customers. Drive thru only until you’re screened and pass inspection? Scrutiny, glares and such disrespect. Thank you for making it clear that you do not care for new business.
