Unethical contract policy! They automatically renew contracts in three year increments. I had their service for 3 years and would pay annually. When I paid the fourth year they automatically renewed my contract for three more years. I am moving and they want to charge me a fortune to set up equipment in my new house. I tried to cancel and they said no. They went on to say, I have to pay them for the next two years regardless of using their service.
