Nicole was great and helpful got everything done for me that i neeed.
Overall impressed with there professional attitude and kind disposition but I HATE that they start calling you a week before the first of the month and keep harassing you till you pay. I get they you have to pay back your loans but calling a week before its due and everyday before the due date is down right harassment. After the due date is fine and understandable but before is just an annoying and makes want to pay them less.
The staff of this fine establishment are very kind and polite people. I came in, with no other options it seemed and they helped me out. They showed me empathy and compassion. No judgement passed at all. it helped me realize not all people are there for the pay. These are good people and they will take care of you. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.
