Esta empresa ha cambiado mucho de personal ( eso esta bien ) pero lo lamentable es que cada empleado es peor que el anterior. Sera que no pueden por lo menos hacer algun curso básico de servicio al cliente? Fui recientemente atendida por Madelen, y siendo "manager" recibi muy mala atencion de su parte! De verdad es tan difícil?? Que experiencia tan desagradable!
