We ordered fencing and it was never delivered, no one ever showed up and they never answered the phone when we called to ask where they were. Very rude and unreliable company
I hired this company to replace top rails and install two new gates. Rail replacement was ok however the workmanship of the gates was horrible. Gates are unaligned and paint is chipping badly. They never returned to repair or repaint after making numerous calls. Odeius Branch and Elvis Manley are not reputable and I wouldn’t recommend they to my worst enemy. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY!
I had a very similar experience to what Mr. Tran had. I went through Lowes who contracted Security Fencing to come install my fence last year. On the initial day of the install, Security Fencing was a no show for the time slot. I called Security Fencing and got not answer; then I called Lowes. After I informed Lowes then I got a call from someone named Elvis if memory serves me correctly.
