I called on the morning of 8/13/25 and spoke to Rick. He told me he should be able to come out to my house today to install a security door lock. Since he hadn't arrived by 4pm, I called the office. The receptionist said she didn't know what was going on because I spoke to the morning receptionist and she is the afternoon receptionist. We are very pleased with our sliding security gates on our new home. He also installed an iron gate on our brick walls around our pool and I was very impressed with the locking system to keep small children from opening the gate and the automatic closing features that are built in. Dealing with Oscar has been very pleasant and he follows up on his promises to make sure his crews take care of business. The quality of his work has been exceptional.
