No communication! Asked them to order fence, sales staff stated it would be at Co. in 2 wks, and would install 1 wk later. Co. failed to call & keep customer informed on progress (in this case lack of). Said theyd be out to start job on one date. After I called and complained, they showed up 2+ wks later.
