We went in for our signing with Cal the owner OMG we should have walked out after the 4 time they had to reprint the the packet. Wrong name, wrong date, wrong forms, even tried to have us sign one that stated our mother was dead (she not). (You can't make this up folks) The whole time we waited for them to get it right Cal complained about the 125 signings they had to process as an excuse. The absolute best company to work with for closing a home. I would recommend to any agent or for sell by owner.
Cal is extremely nice and professional. The office is beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable!
