George is an excellent technician and very nice ! Solved the issue we were having! SEI is very fortunate to have him as an employee of their company!
They wanna get paid twice. I have Sei for my tanning salon. I called Oct of 2024 to the amount I paid for the door since I was doing taxes. For 2023 a few month later I get a bill for the installation. Something that I have already paid. I paid with a check from an acct that I closed bc I moved to a different bank. That the reason I called them for the amout. : ) the workers are nice but are confused on everything.. they told me my door installed was in Oct of 2024. What an awesome experience! George has been a service technician with SEI for quite a while as we have used their service for 30+ yrs. He recently came to do some work on our security system. So thorough and knowledgeable. It is hard to find these days ..and courteous !!! Thanks !
SEI’s customer service leaves much to be desired! Communication with me and between members of their team was poor. Efficiency of their process was poor as well. Frankly the fact that they texted and woke me up at 4:15am to get this review tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers!
