Apparently, my other review was deleted, so I’ll just repost it. They arrive late even beyond the long window of time that they give you The technicians there have very poor customer service skills. One of the technicians pulled up in my yard in an unmarked car and stayed there for about fifteen minutes before alerting me. I have been with security enterprises for 9 plus years and have had no issues or complaints until now. One of my monitored smoke detectors started alerting me saying low battery. Of course I replace the battery and panel still showed the same alert. Tried a fresh set of new batteries with the same alert after. Panel would go off every couple hours and it was annoying. I take the detector off the wall to notice the sticker on the back that shows it’s replacement year is 2022! I notify company and they quickly sent someone out... read more

I've been using g Security Enterprises for year both at home and business. They are punctual, do great work and great installs.

This company is highly unlikely to actually secure anything. They don't come out when your system needs servicing. When you call, they probably won't know anything about the system they installed. Expect someone to hang up on you and not call back when they dont know the answer/solution. As it turns out, they will take your money for months and not supply you with the proper equipment to communicate with police, ambulance, or fire.
