Saved the day. I needed a report transcribed right away. I called them up and spoke with Linda, she was very helpful answering my questions. I e-mailed my voice file and they had it transcribed and ready for me the next day. I was on my way to a convention and this saved the day. I would highly recommend them. Bob H.

Learned my lesson The final product of our transcription of medial records was subpar at best. The prices were fair, however, we realized quickly that we got what we paid for, which was a lack of quality. The employees appeared to be college students or temps, which again reveals that the work is not necessarily being taken seriously, once again proving to reveal the lackluster quality. We wanted the job done for cheap, and I guess we got it for cheap, but it wasn't even worth the money we saved. There are much better local ... read more
