Garage full of empty parking spaces and SETEC picks the last handicap spot to park. I called the number on the truck, hoping to get it moved so I could park there, in my building. Was told they drivers phone was going to voice mail.

Stay away. Their equipment is faulty and they have egregious business practices. Today, I paid $185 for the second time in 4 months for a service call due to the system being completely inoperable. Technician was here less than 5 minutes and showed me how to do the reset (unplug the unit and the battery). They could easily have offered to walk me through this over the phone instead they forced me to prepay by credit card for the technician to come out.
