We have used Security Electronics since we bought our first cabin in 2008. We love that it is a local family owned business and that we always speak with the same people. They installed systems on all 3 of our cabins and have handled the monitoring as well. Whenever we needed assistance, repairs or support they are always there to help. It is great working with a people you know and trust.

I recently bought a cabin in Sevierville and found their number as their system was already installed in the cabin. They said to come out and check the existing system it would cost me $45 service fee + $60 an hour just to check to see if the system was good! I have a competitor coming out to check it for free, and any equipment will be free, just the monthly charge!
