Security Doctors came to my home and helped me design a security system. There were choices they helped me learn about, answered all my questions. Together we set up a system that works really well. Their installers were very professional, caring and neat. Even though my system was installed years ago, I recently had a technical question and the follow-up I got was awesome. I would recommend anyone to consider Security Doctors if they want to design a system with a caring company that isnt just concerned with their profits.
Professional, honest, and trustworthy. Carlos installed my alarm system over 9 years ago and I recently reached out to him about security cameras Carlos promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. Carlos was as responsive, honest, and professional in answering my questions now as he was 9+ years ago. He carefully explained options and solutions and then he walked outside around the property with me to suggest possible camera locations for optimal coverage. Carlos is my trusted advisor.
I have updated this review at Carlos' suggestion for additional information/context. I called the contracted after hours answering service for a problem regarding the alarm system in my home. I was asked for my e-mail and told someone would "get back to me via email today or tomorrow". I was never offered a phone call until I requested one the same evening in a more timely fashion and then called back again requesting a phone call. Pray you don’t have any issues after normal business hours or they’re absolutely useless. Horrific.
We had a 10-camera system installed at our condominium building, and Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and extremely conscientious that the installation had minimal impact on the building yet provide the best coverage.They went above and beyond from beginning to end, from proposal to installation to training.
