My Condominium Corporation has worked with Security Depot for over 7 years and have only had positive experiences with them. They are deeply invested in the operations of the building and are quick to respond to Owner/Resident and Board queries. The process was less than ideal. However management did respond to the situation once they realized an issue occurred. I hope these guys modernize their systems considerably as it causes a lot of issues that they could prevent entirely.
Security Depot is a terrible fob company my fob is not even a year old and it's already cracked falling apart I do not recommend this for any condo management company they suck their system and never works half the time security Depot is a god-awful company it belongs in the dumpster with Karen King associates
