After my previous review the company reached out and quickly resolved the issue, and was very professional and courteous
Duncan is a professional. Always has great advice and ways to proactively ensure building security. As a building downtown we always have to be one step ahead and he has helped us get there!
My Condominium Corporation has worked with Security Depot for over 7 years and have only had positive experiences with them. They are deeply invested in the operations of the building and are quick to respond to Owner/Resident and Board queries. Their rates are extremely fair based on the level of engagement and support you get from the Security Depot team. The process was less than ideal. However management did respond to the situation once they realized an issue occurred. I hope these guys modernize their systems considerably as it causes a lot of issues that they could prevent entirely.
