The customer service here is horrible
They enjoy screwing people out of their hard earned money. I wouldn't let a monkey bank here. Their "rules" are ridiculous.
Going Down Hill Needs new management and new board. gone down hill in service. Are the suites at Palace and Ford Field needed or trips to Las Vegas, or Super Bowel Tickets or would that money be better applied to the memberships needs?
