After signing up for a warranty program that included switching out my dvr and a couple of cameras, the system didn't work like it was supposed to. No sound, and a zoomed in picture that doesn't show enough to do any good on all four cameras. I called the next day and called again after nothing for two days. When I did get to talk to someone I was told it would be a week before anyone could get here.
The company did an excellent job. Jay was excellent from the initial sale, installation scheduling and even come back by a week later to go over and help me out with issues. I strongly recommend this company
