Top notch!!! The communication has been excellent from the time I received my estimate through the end of installation. Victor is the man!! He showed up on time and we walked the entire job. I had giving this company a 5 star review but reduce it to a one star, reason I paid over $5k for a camera system that never ran a year straight. Their tech who is good in recording and keeping a log on their service came out here numerous times to fix it. After repeated field calls, he suggested a solution to fix the problem. I paid more money he installed new hardware the system ran for a longer period of time and eventually one camera failed, I again contacted them they want to charge a service fee to come out I explained... read more
AVS Tech did a great job with my system! Very clean install and the system works great.
Called this company this morning due to problems with my CCTV Home system. I was quoted a price for a service call to troubleshoot it. I received a call later on in the day and wo repairmen arrived at my home. They were very professional, courteous and followed all protocols by wearing masks inside my home. They diagnosed the problem installed three new cameras adjusted them for maximum range and visibility set up internet access for me on my phone and made sure that the system was operating to the best of its capabilities. ... read more
