I've been a customer now for 10 years at least for Security Camera King. I am on my 4th recorder and this new one is a NVR. I still have my XVR going as I set up this one. I admit I call a lot. But with no complaints or making feel like I am an idiot they are very patient with me and explain and walk me through every question I have or sign into my system and fix it. I went to Security Camera Kings on the recommendation of a fellow shop owner. Zeke was the sales rep I worked with and he was very helpful. Explained technical aspects in a way that I understood and helped me decide on exactly what to buy. Installing the physical components of the system is fairly straight forward. I had a few issues with the operations setup and had to call technical support. Tyler has helped me twice. Great experience both times.
