During the installation, the technician only considered where to put the NVR box at their most conveniences and quickest way without considering our concerns. After using sometime (not even reach half year), there was login issue & it was very very difficult to communicate with them and instead I was treated as if I was a dumb person and they did not trust what I had said despite so many times of sharing the error messages.
