Where do I start? Let me just say IMPRESSIVE! Eric delivered — plain and simple. The camera quality is impeccable, and the installation was just as impressive. I’ve been searching for the right camera system and installation company for a long time. I even tried going with Vivint, but honestly, they were a headache to deal with. Eric came through. The security system we originally ordered through Eric was brand new system with used cameras. We had on and off problems with cameras, faulty back ups. And now the system should have been covered for 3 years. The promise of a new system of old system checked and found faulty was done within that window. A tech came in and assured us of a new waranteed system was on order.
