The security system we originally ordered through Eric was brand new system with used cameras. We had on and off problems with cameras, faulty back ups. And now the system should have been covered for 3 years. The promise of a new system of old system checked and found faulty was done within that window. A tech came in and assured us of a new waranteed system was on order.
