They helped me a lot. – Even though I was late on a payment once, I was able to fix my credit. I am now in a more expensive car with a new loan company at a lower interest rate. They were the only loan company that would take me at the time because I failed to make payments on a previous car .
mafioso thugs is right!!! – All of the other reviews are totally right. Especially the comparison to mafioso thugs. Perfect way to put it. Bastards would be another appropriate adjective. The people answering the phone have their heads so far up their asses, they can't breathe.
this is the worst place to ever get a car loan don't say i didn't warn you – i have never had such a dehumanizing experience from such a company in my entire life. this place is absolutly the worst loan company on earth....
One word: Harassment – SAL is the WORST place to work with. With this tough economy and being a single parent.. sometimes my bills come a day or two late, but I NEVER miss a payment. According to my payment book, there is a 15 grace period for my payment before it's considered 'late'. The day after my payment is due they are calling me... not once.. not twice, but SEVERAL times DAILY! 3, 4, sometimes more in ONE DAY! That's harassment! They are rude, and if you call on a weekend to pay your amt due, they cant give you a conf... read more
Worst people to work with – I have had the unfortunate experience of working w/ this company. A majority of their staff are entry level at best, customer service reps who I agree, seam to have yet to earn their GED. Even the supervisors are some of the less educated people ever. After being so fed up w/ this company, I called in to ask for what my payoff would be and the C/S rep as well as his supervisor told me to just add up the rest of my monthly payments and that would be my payoff amount. Predatory Lenders – Are you a working class person who needs a reliable car but can only get one through financing? Don`t go through Predatory Auto Loans. They are crooks and liars who use Mafioso collection/intimidation techniques. Most of their reps. haven`t recieved their G.E.D. let alone can master the English language.
