I got my loan in April of 2014, I was late on one payment due to a mix up at the bank. As soon as i noticed the problem i called them up and resubmitted the payment. No late fee, no hassle just resubmitted it and it was fine. I have had no problems working with them and every time i call they are very friendly and very helpful. My last car was thru cars with heart, they were completely unprofessional and even stole $800 out of my car when they repossessed it because of a clerical error on thier end. I am making my final payment. Overall my experience with Security Auto Loans was not bad at all. They deferred payments for me when I was financally strapped. Glad to be making last payment!!!!!
Cry Babies With Bad CREDIT – ok 1st of all you people who take out loans and can't pay them are lil' cry babies you should never bite off more than you can chew.. Helped us out a lot. – We have very sub-par credit and needed a new car. SAL approved our car loan when no one else would. I recently had a problem paying my payment and one of their reps called me to make arrangements for a payment. One problem is that before even 30 days, if your payment is late, it goes to the legal department pending reposession. Predatory Loans – They harassed me while a family member was dying wanting to know when I could get the payment made; even laughing about my family member dying. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! – I have had to deal with this company for literally years now since my wife decided that she wanted a car and since she was new to this country she didn't have the credit to buy from a good dealer or get financed from any of the more trustworthy finance companies. So far, so good...... – This company quickly approved us for a loan, though we barely needed such a sub-prime lender. So far all of our payments have been successfully reflected on time. We returned the 1st car we bought from the dealer and chose another car and SAL sent us all the necessary paperwork to discharge our old loan immediately.
