Harrassment Three days late on a payment and I receive repo letter!! The people who answer the phones are rude. I understand they are helping to rebuid credit but harrassment is uncalled for.
WANT TO BE CALLED ALL DAY... GO WITH SECURITY AUTO LOANS Im truly tired of dealing with SAL. "Amanda" calls me about 10 times a day. When you call back you get voicemails and they get an attituide and say well I called you. Just like you were working so was I??? I got laid off for two months and didnt make one payment, asking for a deferment which I believe all car companies offer I was denied. I can not wait until Im done with them. The car is a piece of crap so I could really care less if they repo it!

Does anyone know how to get a lien removed from this company? I am trying to sell my car and the company does not exist anymore.
I can't even believe this is an actual business. They took over a month to get my lien release to me, which isn't the worst of the situation. 5 months AFTER paying the car off... They processed a payment from my account. When I called them.... Mike and Jody were rude assholes to me. Mike wanted me to produce my bank statement to show THEY processed a payment. Lien company. I will never in my life ever reefer or do any type of business with you guys again. EVER
I paid all my bills on time. But they screwed up in getting my lien. Release letter to me. They say it takes 21 days. When I screw up I get a fee, fine. They screw up I get a sorry.
