Try calling, likely you will never get anyone to answer. I tried going by to pick up my transferred firearm...now a sign has the old...CLOSE FOR REMODELING". WHAT? You KNEW my firearm was being transferred there. Likely they're out of business and I've been ripped off! BAD. Owner is NEVER there...supposed former military veteran, guess just because you serve doesn't mean you have work ethics. Very upset. Will you ever open? Purchased a Kydex holster from them and it broke, I took it in almost a year ago (they happened to be open) and still haven’t gotten a call if it’s ready. I’ve also attempted to go in person at different times to ask what the issues is and they’ve been closed, I went on different days of the week at different times each time. The hours of business noted on the door seem to be a joke
I've purchased 2 firearms, munitions, parts etc over the years from SAI. I firearm in particular keeps giving me a small issue with the built in laser and the manager always fixes is right away with a smile! Staff is respectful, courteous. My only suggestion...add inventory...so I can buy more!
Mickey mouse store they had a guy who worked there who left that was really good they dont jo hwo to work on gen 5s took my gun to charlies armory helped me in 5 minutes its inky good if ur going to buy some ammor or something not very good store besides that
