Jason has been such a gem with helping me figure out the way forward with our home renovation project. Our situation is quite complicated and he took the time to untangle everything, explain it like I'm five (which was much needed and appreciated!). He was very knowledgeable and even took the time to talk to me again after we figured out that I needed a product he didn't provide. Such fantastic service is rare these days.
I didn’t know it was possible to get a one time close construction VA home loan, but it is with Security America. Jason Noble is straight forward, detailed and responsive. He explained step by step how the process would work, guided us through our land purchase, getting the builder approved, the appraisal, everything. I would 100% recommend them to any veteran wanting to build their dream home.

Mark and his team helped me with a VA construction loan and I wish I would have found them sooner. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and their customer service is top notch. If you are wanting to utilize the VA construction loan to build a home, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call!
Well I got stuck working with Mark, this like to treat people lesser than. He has so many people he’s working with that he won’t treat you as a priority. “I have so many people i work with I can’t remember you.” So if you voice your frustration over not having great customer service he’s defensive and condescending. Told us he’d call us back in 15min never did only after calling him a 3rd time did he bother to call back. If you’re a veteran highly recommended doing business with someone or somewhere else.
