They always look professional when I see them in their blue shirts. Person I talked to at the hospital was very helpful to get me to where I needed to go.

I find it reprehensible that a “security officer “ would be so rude and aggressive to anyone that is in parking lot with a flat tire waiting for a tow. Disgraceful and absolutely unacceptable.

My son who had a flat tire pulled into a lot that was staffed by a Security America security guard to call for assistance and was told be get off the lot This officer was rude and very disrespectful to my son. I called to voice a complaint and was told she was told he was there too long.Ridiculous instead of helping or assisting him in this situation you threatened to have him towed. Wow I would be ashamed to have any employee represent my company in this way.

Extremely poor management. Virtually zero room for advancement. I requested to move up to an armed position, as i was already licensed, had several years of experience armed and unarmed, yet I was instantly declined because I didn't have any LEO/MIL experience, but they will turn around and hire someone fresh out of boot camp, instead of promoting from within. Low pay you can't survive on, only upside the work is extremely easy. I made my 2wks and ditched this place.
