Very_Frustrated Our cameras, all 8 of them, were purchased from security alarm corp in port Charlotte and we have another problem. We replaced the WBOX system in May of 2022 because the older system was no longer supported and here we are again with a new WBOX and our cameras have stopped working again. Called for support Several weeks ago but no one has called us back. Horrible customer service.
Our Camera DVR called W Box is no longer supported and we had to find that out the hard way when we could no longer view the cameras using the W Box VMS app on our phones and iPad. Took over a week to get a tech here and he found the problem right away. The DDNS server was "turned off" since it was old technology. We were told that we needed a new LTS box installed, was told it would take two days to get one in, well here we are now over a week later and still nothing! Knowledgeable Staff Had a great experience with their staff when they installed cameras at my home. They did a very professional job and were very helpful when i had questions to ask. Very respectable and locally owned company. Make sure you give them a call for all your security needs.
Great Company Had a great all around experience with this company. Sales staff was prompt, friendly & courteous, never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. The technicians were amazing as well. Very helpful and thorough, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to us. Best part is, money is staying local here in SW Florida.
