If I could give 0 stars I would. The meeting was supposed to start at noon but didn’t actually start until 12:30. We got done closing at 1:15 and didn’t hear anything for 2 and a half hours when they already had our cashiers checks in hand a day before closing. We had to go back into the office just to find out that the closing agent hadn’t actually sent the package and they had to send it over to the Leawood branch again.
