Tiffany was amazing to work with! She answered all of my questions and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I am very thankful for all of her help. I highly recommend!!!!
Would not recommend this office due to poor and fragmented communication that ultimately delayed our closing time. Simple communication such as “both sellers need to be present” and “please send this specific page” did not occur. Very bumpy process for a seller in what should be a rather seamless transaction. Find another title company to work with, preferably with a smoother customer experience from the escrow officer.
Tiffany did a fantastic job helping guide us through all of the paperwork, and explained everything in detail to ensure that we understood fully! Everything went perfect, Her friendly attitude made for a very welcoming environment, and her honesty and passion for what she does shines through! If you're looking for a company to close on a house, Security 1st is an excellent choice! :D
