Being an out of town Seller is not easy. Not once did the title company reach out to me. I utilized a local title company for a courtesy close and they were shocked I had not had a call or email during the transaction. It took 2 days after closing to get our funds. The title company called to verify account number and hung up without a thank you or even good bye. Glad I don't have to deal with them again. The Title Company called and stated it was a short handed that week. I appreciated the follow up call.
