My experience with Bee at Security 1st was disappointing. While funding mistakes can happen, her rude behavior towards everyone trying to help fix the issue was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on her lack of professionalism.
Lisa and Connor at the Paola office were amazing! They had our backs throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to clear our clouded title. We would highly recommend the Paola, KS team!
Apparently the closer didn't bother to actually make the 30 minute drive to attend the closing in Overland Park. Instead they decided to have the original documents sent from Overland Park to Paola overnight by FedEx. Now FedEx has lost the original documents and Security 1st is refusing to transfer the funds into the seller's account. They've been holding the money for 4 days now. The buyers got the keys and moved in 3 days ago
