We have both bought and sold properties through Security 1st. Aleana has always been great to work with and funds are transferred promptly. Having shopped around, their fees are very reasonable as well.
Definitely find another title company. Was denied a ACH wire transfer and have waited over two weeks for the funds to be returned. Still have not received MY MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
