Been a life long customer and it’s always been a 5 star review. However, when it’s a local company you would hope some things like calling to put your system “In-Test” would route you to a human- that has changed. I was greeted with an AI chat bot trying to answer my questions which inevitably got it wrong, and sent the fire department due to a little smoke from the oven. You would think for the monitoring fee I could talk to a human for the 1 minute it takes to put the system in test, instead of cutting corners like this, a... read more
Car #80 needs a better driver. If they aren’t smart drivers I can’t imagine their business practices.
