We chose Securiteam to do our security system because the owner was so knowledgeable. What we did not realize at the time was how well the tech installers knew their job, and what good service we'd get from Jody in the office. Win-win!

We had some problems in our store with inventory disappearing...we made some phone calls to security companies, and Securiteam was the only one that did not pressure us into sending out a salesman, but patiently answered our questions (lots of them!) and made us feel at ease before we took this major step. They explained about the different types of security equipment, and what would help us best. We are totally happy with our choice-- we now know exactly what's going on when we cannot be there.

I had work done by a very knowledgeable, polite man by the name of Tony C. From beginning to end, he stayed on the job. I was surprised he didn't take a lunch either, he just kept on working. And he really cared about the job, getting it done to perfection. I didn't care for one of the other technicians. I think his name was Crotch, something like that. Rob and the folks at Securiteam did a great job. Everything from installing the alarm system to installing the security cameras went very smoothly. You took time to show us how to use the equipment. My wife and I highly recommend Securiteam. Professionalism was key.

Securiteam replaced an outdated alarm panel in my home. The installer, Al, showed up early for the change out. Replacing the alarm panel required running new wiring since the old transformer could not be located. He checked the entire house and the attic. He ran the new wire professionally. He programmed my new panel and ran the required test. Before leaving he made sure that I understood how the panel worked. I wanted to comment to say that Securiteam and Al are wonderful. He was professional and friendly and easy to talk to about the system. He answered all of my questions at least 3 times, because I kept asking the same ones. By the end of the installation I felt as if I had know him for years. I love my key-hole it works great. I can see across the street. I am so happy I went with them and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thank you. PS - I just love Jody!!
