Worst company ever!! Horrible customer service, they never completed my system, Customer service reply is the worst I’ve ever experienced in 25 years of business. stay away from this company!! then they have extra hidden fees after closing your account, even though I was off of contract.
Absolutely garbage company, zero customer service. The technicians don't speak a Canadian language and know less about there job than they do about English.
Worst service, my alarm system hasn't worked for almost 6 months. Stay away from this business.
Hands down the worst security company. I have spent months calling them since Sept trying to get someone to fix one sensor my garage. This sensor they installed and a week later failed. Every time I have phoned they give me the run around. Last phone call they said they would give me a credit, nope still waiting for that and my garage sensor to be fixed and a credit to my account. Would NOT recommend this security company at all. Horrible customer service!
