Original system bought thru their predecessor failed, got a run around trying to get a replacement from these guys only then to find out my installation contract was cancelled (with no notification to me or explanation without further running around) to then getting a run around with final billing to which one was mailed only to get a email to take me to collections before the due date. These guys are terrible! Why is bad customer service the standard in this country? Don’t answer phone calls and don’t answer emails.
Worst company ever!! Horrible customer service, they never completed my system, Customer service reply is the worst I’ve ever experienced in 25 years of business. stay away from this company!! then they have extra hidden fees after closing your account, even though I was off of contract.
Absolutely garbage company, zero customer service. The technicians don't speak a Canadian language and know less about there job than they do about English.
Worst service, my alarm system hasn't worked for almost 6 months. Stay away from this business.
