Absolutely the worst most disgusting company I have ever dealt with, System has not worked since installation, never return calls or emails, when you finally talk with someone they promise to call you back and never do . I suggest anyone considering this company break off IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
I have issues with the failed sensors and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone responsible from the Securitas Technology Company. They put me on hold every time for over 30 minutes and then the line goes dead and nothing resolved. I have call their help line again and wait another 20-30 minutes. I have sent them emails to the customer service and no replies or action from them. Please do not use this company if you can. I would give them a -5 (minus 5) if I could. Big promises NO customer support. on hold for over an hour and still no answer. will not suggest this company. have sent numerous letters to cancel, no return calls from them
