Security officers frequently harass people and act like they own the entire town center. They are creepy and will follow you around even if you are on public sidewalks. They are rude and invasive, impeding the freedom and liberties of the american people.
The Richmond office HR does not protect employees, in fact they enable their higher ups to bully employees the “legal way” I would not recommend spike the dog to sniff this company. I would highly suggest looking to go to another security company for a contracted job or to be an employee for them. If you’re looking for overtime they do not offer it because it will lessen the BONUS check for higher ups in December. Their district managers have nasty entitled attitudes.
