Poor Management. No HR(is that legal?) Major employee discimitaion and favoritsm.

Nice folks at the office. Wish the pay was livable.
They treat their employees terribly & to make things worst, one of the head honchos speaks in 3rd person Always critically short staffed, only the favored or desperate remain.
Low pay, no time off, bosses don’t listen. They refuse to pay PTO, except to select employees. Lawsuits have been filed against them for not giving PTO to employees who resign. Because of all these problems, there is high turnover: at my field position I had 16 partners in three years. We’ve had 3 personnel managers in the last three years. The district manager is aware of these problems, but does nothing to fix it.
