I will be putting my review about this terrible awful company on all platforms review wise. First, we weren't told ahead of time that the contract basically firing us until a whole week! I was told my last day would be Monday & was way before hand, which was last week actually as my last day. I was told this change the day before the work day I was about to go to having no heads up, until today. I am not a employee at securitas I am trying to but these people never answer there phone most security company's seem like they don't like having contact with potential new hires.

Supervisor (Former Employee) –Md Management constantly trying to catch you making mistakes they like to keep garbage employees and than expect good ones to pick up the slack, always playing with your schedule giving you overtime shifts then taking them away hours before the start of shift. No Management support and or backup, or proper training for any positions, even on written docs to cover yourself. Hagerstown Management is a joke.

Was a good place to work until white branch manager, Mike Urbanczyk called the police on black female officer. Police notice it was stupid, turned to Mr. Urbanczyk and said don't ever call us again for this we don't come out for this and walked away. Mr. Urbanczyk fired me, because he got caught up in his lies.
