This company fired me while I was 8months pregnant 🤰 all due to a shift manager approving me to switch posts and not accurately communicating that with the next shift manager. Spoke with head of HR concerning me being with child and already was approved for maternity leave, reminded her that it is a federal law to fire a pregnant woman. She did not care, stated I "wasn't at my set post" I am not done with this company. They made my life extremely hard at the worst time possible.
Was kept waiting for 45 minutes before beibg told that I was on a "no hire" list with them. No one on site was able to explain this to me and HR has been ducking all attempts to communicate with them. No response to phone calls, text messages and/ or emails.
Training today was successful. It was fluent and comprehensible
When I got into security 10 plus years ago, this is where I started. When I started it was a good launch point into other security type jobs and now it has gone down hill. Looking back, while I did get my start here, if I knew how it would end, I would have avoided them completely. The reason that I have given them a one star is that there is lack of communication from all levels of management.
