When I got into security 10 plus years ago, this is where I started. When I started it was a good launch point into other security type jobs and now it has gone down hill. Looking back, while I did get my start here, if I knew how it would end, I would have avoided them completely. The reason that I have given them a one star is that there is lack of communication from all levels of management. When I joined Securitas in Grove City, I believed in its stated values — transparency, professionalism, and employee welfare. But those beliefs unraveled after I reported serious misconduct involving a supervisor. I was told the matter would be investigated and that I would be reassigned.
