they cant stay awake at there post we have found them sleeping a lot and had to fire them
They hire the most incompetent people. You can't even begin to imagine how they are it's absolutely unbelievable. They have individuals work shifts basically because they know that they will show up regardless how they even perform their duties. They will send a guard to a post fully knowing that guard has never been particularly trained for that site and then they'll lie about it. They constantly lie about raises for the guards. They are just a dirty dirty company.
