Previous Sonitrol customer, switched to Securitas. Horrible customer service, you cannot get anyone on the phone. They increase all their prices. GET OUT BEFORE ITS TO LATE!
Have had Sonitrol service for 30 years at one property or another and it WAS great - now bought by Securitas out of Sweden who have basically dropped the ball - every number you call, especially billing and they can’t help you. Calling the former local number connects you to Securitas offices who can not access your information - way to decimate the value of a brand purchase Securitas! - based on this I can now not recommend Sonitrol or Securitas.
