Managers don't care about employees or clients. They are impossible to reach and if an employee calls in they don't even bother to let the clien know or to send someone else.
Pay them to have some professionalism, communication and organization. Just came from there hiring event literally no directions on the process. These people don't want to do their jobs. No communication or direction.
More cons than pros for sure. The main office minus a few people need to do better with professionalism and might need training on how to do their job correctly. The upper management needs help! Eric, Renna, Aliyah and the receptionist keep up the Excellent work
Terrible leadership. Worst management I've ever seen. They will illegally skip over H.R to try and get you fired from the post over their favoritism. Work for someone else to save yourself from a hostile work environment.
