Do not work for this company, it s not worth the aggravation, you are better off being unemployed. They hire the dumbest people they can find, and every once in a while, a decent person will be hired, but they weed them out pretty quick. When i worked for the school system the guy at securitas over the school guards went to the school i was at one day and told a student who was misbehaving to act right and the student would listen to him because he was a cop not just some security guard, totally underminding my auothority in the school system, now why would the students respect me as a guard when the supervisor didnt even? that was the dumbest thing he could have said, instead of backing me that was what came out of his mouth. They dont suck..I worked for them for 3yrs and they are a good company. and anywhere you go in the security field people will always act like cops its the nature of the beast anywhere you go..Oh and FYI: Not many security companies give you holiday pay so not sure what you are complaining about exactly. Get another job field
