It's 7-9-2024 @ 1843 who ever was just trained to be the rover in the rav4 at El con mall is driving way to fast, you're not doing your job when you're racing thru the parking lots, this is not joy ride time. Included is a video of a nice little traffic violation in a company car; a rolling stop. That's a 250$ fine or 2 points
