I came across an issue with an officer (A.P. initials) on Monday 4/24/2023. She was rude and very unprofessional. I contacted the district manager (Misty Underwood) on Wednesday 4/26, I brought it to her attention and had her look at the camera footage. First thing this Thursday morning I receive a call from Misty and I am pleased to say she handled it quickly and resolved my issue.
