Our strata recently decided to terminate Securicom’s services after discovering that the company had been overcharging us for routine services that were already included in the contract’s scope of work. Following the termination, we repeatedly requested the return of the strata’s keys and fobs. Despite multiple attempts and even offering to pick them up directly from Securicom’s office, the owner has completely ignored our requests. The company offers high quality services. I can say that we have always been more than satisfied by their work. Beond that their representitives go above and beond to ensure each project you bring to them recivece indidual attention. Can not say enough good things about Securicom Solutions!!!!!!
I have dealt with Denis of Securicom from my first days as a strata agent, way back in "VanCondo" times! And yes, Denis is the Owner and deals with everyone himself, and now has a great team! They do huge projects and always willing to do my or my colleagues small projects too! I always call them first and due to their service, I always call them to get quotes: and then I really advise my clients that the service, troubleshooting (even of systems they did not install) and product, they are always my favourite to deal with!! ... read more
