I have had life insurance account for at least 45 years and if I could give ZERO rating, I would. When making a payment, you either have mail a written check to them, or on the phone, they ONLY take bank routing # and account #. NO CREDIT CARDS. This is archaic business practices. I have dealt with these issues for too long and I am done. I cashed out my policy today so I never have to deal with this company again!
