SecureTech has been monitoring my alarm system for Five years and I’ve been extremely happy with the service they have provided. The office staff is pleasant to work with and their skilled technician did an excellent job installing my cameras and security system. Definitely would recommend this local company!

I honestly don’t think I’ve seen worst customer service. George seems like a nice guy. But really doesn’t know how to keep a customer. This is for 2 reasons. 1. Their equipment broke one time, they went to the house to fix it. Essentially they made a faulty install. They charged me for a service call. That alone should have been enough to make me leave. 2. I pay $30/mo extra for a service that lets me log in to change codes. It stopped working. They offered me a discounted service call to go manually change the codes. Couldn... read more
