At first, things seemed fine for the first month, but after that, it turned into a nightmare. They’ve increased my rent FOUR times in just one year! That’s ridiculous. They advertise it as a climate-controlled, secure facility — that’s a total lie. My unit had roaches and spiders, and clearly, nothing about it is properly maintained. The place is dirty and disgusting, both inside and outside. The area feels unsafe, with drug addicts and homeless people constantly hanging around.
